Civilization Cleansing – NWO Filter?

It is now official that all those who do not fit the bill in Amsterdam will be sent to live in outer areas know as “Scum” villages. Apparently these so-called villages will consist of containers and caravans and be under police surveillance.

We imagine that the first question you may be asking is who will be classed as “scum” – well basically everyone who they deem as a nuisance or anti-social. The “Scum” will only have minimal services.
